From partnering with yoga studios and wellness centers to workshops at your place of work, I am here to help you and your audience with body awareness, mindful movement and the ability to do what you want to do with less stress. Full of group activities and led by your interests, workshops are fun and active experiences.
Small Group Pods
I really like teaching small group classes of like minded people - groups of three who have similar interests - perhaps women in mid-life, musicians, pickleball players, gardeners or seniors. Working together, supporting each other, creating a safe space to learn to trust and work with our individual bodies is transforming and fun.
Individual Coaching
Need a more personal approach? In 1:1 sessions, I provide space to explore your individual needs around movement, pain management, and performance so that you can feel and function your best.
